The process
Our refined 4 step process
Phase 1 Secure Your Spot + Scan Your Space
After purchase, you’ll receive access to our scanning app.
This allows you to digitally scan your room so we can draft it accurately on our end.
No design work can begin until this step is complete — precision matters.
You’ll also receive:
- Instructions on how to photograph your space
- A link to your private Pinterest inspiration board
The Pinterest board is the fun part. Pin a few rooms, pieces, or details you’re drawn to. Don’t overthink it — we’re looking for instinct, not perfection.
Phase 2 Custom Floor Plan Creation
(Approximately 7 Business Days After We Receive Your Scan)
This is where decades of experience go to work.
We:
- Draft your exact room dimensions
- Consider architecture, lighting, traffic flow, and real-life use
- Design 3–4 fully developed two-dimensional layout options
Every piece is placed with intention. Scale is evaluated. Function is refined.
You’ll receive multiple solutions — often ones you didn’t even realize were possible.
Phase 3 Recorded Review + Live Zoom Presentation
About 24 hours before your scheduled Zoom call, you’ll receive a recorded presentation walking through each layout option in detail.
There’s a lot of information. I talk fast. I get excited.
Watching it ahead of time allows you to:
- Pause
- Rewatch
- Take notes
- Process your thoughts
Then we meet live via Zoom to refine, clarify, and discuss what feels most aligned for your home.
This is where the magic really happens.
Phase 4 Your Master Plan
(Delivered ~4 Business Days After Your Feedback)
Once you share your preferred elements, we create your final, detailed master diagram.
You’ll receive:
- A keyed layout
- Exact furniture dimensions
- Rug sizing
- Lighting placement
- Clear spacing guidance
This is your confidence map.
