RETURNS

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. Merchandise must be unused with original price tag attached for a full refund.  An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Custom furniture or rugs are not eligible for returns.

Store Returns:

In-store purchases can be returned within 14 days.
